    What you'll do

    In this role, you will provide administrative support. You will compile and maintain records of established office activities, performing variety of clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures, such as completing reports, providing information to customers, and employees, route incoming mail, answering correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail. Greet and assist visitors/ monitor the access of visitors. as well as date stamp incoming work and ensure documentation is completed in an expeditious manner. Establish and processes work based on priorities and assist in the input of missing documentation. Other tasks that will be assigned to you are as follows -


    • Makes insertions, deletions, corrections, and moves data from one place to another, as needed
    • Provides documentation to other installations, upon request
    • Maintain and update Product Manager calendars and schedules, to include all travel arrangements in Defense Travel System (DTS) 
    • Assures that documentation is maintained in an accurate manner
    • Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, as required, to include graphics and overall coordination


    What you'll bring

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Six or more (6+) years in administration
    • Current Secret Clearance 
    • Skilled in using MS Office products including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to comfortably interact and provide recommendations to high-level commanders/executives in a conservative manner
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • A commitment to your profession demonstrated by participation in providing support, guidance and memberships in professional associations
    • A desire to join some of the most capable and experienced telecommunications and engineering professionals in the industry and contribute to the ongoing growth of our venture together
    • The ability to review, determine format, and edit material submitted to PM
    • Able to use a computer to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve, and print a variety of standardized documentation
    • Experience with DTS (Defense Travel System)
