In this role, you will be working closely with the Human Resources Department on employment verification requests. Assisting with registrations for taxing and unemployment authorities. You’ll attend new employee orientation weekly, explaining payroll taxes, as well as direct deposit procedures. Training new employees/supervisors on the timesheet entry system to include ensuring timesheets are correctly entered with accurate hours worked. Providing user support to all employees entering timesheets, timesheet modifiers, and timesheet approvers. As we as, assisting with preparing, computing, and submitting year-end information not normally handled through payroll processing such as supplemental income, moving expenses, educational grants (when applicable), etc. Other responsibilities listed below:
