What you'll do

In this role, you will assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You’ll prepare ad-hoc reports for senior management. As well as, assist with credit card reconciliations and Assist with bank reconciliations. Other responsibilities listed below:

 

  • Assist with invoicing
  • Aid with maintaining accounting trackers and spreadsheets
  • Support with reviewing and processing expense reports
  • Maintain office petty cash fund
  • Help with pricing proposals
  • Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) in Business/Finance related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Two or more (2+) years of government accounting experience
