What you'll do

In this roll, you will manage and optimize corporate campaigns on social media marketing platforms. The ideal candidate combines best practices in social and digital advertising with creative yet measured approaches to achieve goals. The Marketing Associate must be highly experienced in all aspects of digital platforms – from account management and campaign setup to reporting. This individual is highly analytical yet able to translate data into understandable analysis and actionable opportunities. Other responsibilities listed below: 

 

  • Implement social media strategies and campaigns to achieve advisor objectives and company goals
  • Develop, write and edit content for website and social media accounts
  • Coordinate, set up, and launch campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Also, serve as the internal subject matter expert for those platforms.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance regularly, leveraging data from internal and external sources. Provide deeper dive insights monthly and quarterly.
  • Continuously propose and implement optimizations to achieve goals
  • Manage projects and initiatives calendar
  • Stay up to date on channel and industry trends
  • Serve as a thought leader on new and emerging digital channels

What you'll bring

  • Associate degree (two-year college or university) in business/marketing/Journalism/communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Two or more (2+) years of experience in social media coordination or marketing
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office, Excel, and WordPress
  • Experience working in the government contracting sector
