What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first line of support on a variety of technical issues. Will need to identify, research, and resolves technical problems and may be required to work after designated hours to resolve urgent issues. Other responsibilities are listed below: 

 

  • Provide front-line support for end-user hardware including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and printers
  • Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
  • Will need to document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • Works under general supervision

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) in Information Technology related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Three to five or more (3-5+) years of helpdesk experience
  • Ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Experience with Windows 10, SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory administration required (password resets, unlocking accounts, etc.)
  • Background in incident tracking/ticketing software system
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Uses wisdom and best judgment to plan and accomplish goals
