What you'll do

In this roll, you will develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Manage the timesheet entry system using Replicon and processing weekly timesheets and bi­weekly payroll. Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. Other responsibilities listed below:

 

  • Plans organize and control all activities of the Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Providing user support to all employees entering timesheets, timesheet modifiers, and timesheet approvers
  • Assist with preparing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reconciliation
  • Develops and maintains an affirmative action program; files EEO-I annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
  • Manage the payroll process and train staff as necessary
  • Assist with payroll discrepancies, preparing, computing, and submitting year-end information and handle employee payroll and tax-related correspondence and inquiries
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Completing all tasks and functions assigned by Operation and Finance leadership

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/H.R. related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Five or more (5+) years' experience in Human Resources or like field
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and WordPress
  • Experience working in the government contracting sector
