What you'll do

  • Provide support for NIPRNet and SIPRNet during primary operation hours identified in Section 3.11 and NIPRNet only outside of those hours.
  • Track property accountability for Government Furnished Equipment as defined by Department of Defense Instruction 5000.64, Accountability and Management of DoD Equipment and Other Accountable Property
  • Assist Primary Hand Receipt holder with property management to update Primary Hand Receipts, inventory documentation, adjustment documents, and all other actions related to hand receipt management, in accordance with applicable DoD regulations
  • Develop and maintains a system that maintains 100% accountability of all equipment.
  • Prepare all documents whenever equipment is issued, accepted, or turned in
  • Conduct routine 100% inventory of all equipment and immediately report any missing equipment to the hand receipt holder
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for property accounting
  • Maintain data in property accountability system of record.
  • Support users with Blackberry, Smart Phone and laptop upgrades and maintenance
  • Provide technical advice to the CIO
  • Serve as first level helpdesk for EADS II to include password resets, access controls, and basic troubleshooting

What you'll bring

  • 5-10 years providing technical support required
  • DoD Experience preferred
  • Evidence of strong analytical skills related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, interfaces and all system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution is required
  • Commercial cloud experience required
  • Must satisfy 8140.01-M IAT level II training requirements which require one or more of the following certifications, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security Plus, Security +, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, or other approved qualifying 8140.01 certification
  • Three years’ experience configuring SmartSimple GMS360° and developing new workflows. Additional relevant certifications
